Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Availability: We ship to all Domestic / International locations.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 Business Days. 
    • Please note we only ship Monday-Friday. (If you placed an order over the weekend it will ship the following Monday)
    • Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will do our best to meet our customers' expectations. If the carrier does not deliver the order on time, we will refund the delivery fees.
      • Standard Shipping: 8-15 Business Days
      • Tracking Information: Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
    • Out of Stock Items: In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide a new estimated delivery date or offer alternative options.
    • Damaged or Lost Items: If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

    International Shipments

    • Canada:7-15+ days
    • United Kingdom:7-21 days
    • Australia:5-14 days
    • Europe: 7-21+ days (varies widely by importing country)

    *Note: The days listed above are only estimates in business/working days. While we will do all that we can to make sure you order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:

    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

    Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. 

    Wrong Address Disclaimer:

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so most of the time we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed.
